Lead engineering maturity and delivery governance across Salesforce ecosystem; Define coding standards and promote agile culture; Stabilize delivery quality and velocity

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead engineering maturity and delivery governance across our Salesforce ecosystem, spanning internal and vendor teams. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical oversight, process governance, and cross-vendor team alignment, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

The role demands a mix of strategic thinking and tactical delivery management, with the ability to drive quality improvements, introduce engineering best practices, and embed a strong agile culture within a multi-vendor, distributed environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       8+ years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on expertise in:

·       Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning

·       Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows

·       3-5+ years in a technical leadership role, preferably across distributed or vendor teams.

·       Proven ability to stabilise delivery, introduce engineering discipline, and lead agile transformations.

·       Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, platform limitations, and governance constraints.

·       Experience driving maturity across CI/CD, documentation, and quality gates.

·       Effective communicator with ability to influence and mentor cross-functional teams.

Preferred

·       Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)

·       Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent

·       Prior experience in multi-vendor environments or vendor performance management
