Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
Proven experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integration.
Deep domain expertise in real estate/property development, brokerage, or property management.
Strong understanding of real estate business processes such as unit listing, lead management, sales/leasing, asset servicing, and customer portals.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Visualforce, APIs, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Proficient in data migration, modeling, and third-party system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yardi).
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for tenant and investor portals.
Familiarity with property management tools and financial systems integration.
