Senior Oracle Database Engineer

Job Description

Profession Experience: • 6-9 years of experience in Oracle database administration. • In-depth experience in Oracle cross platform migration from Big Endian to Small Endian operating system. Preferable to have good experience in Oracle database migration from Solaris to Oracle Exadata. • 2 years of experience in MySQL, Mongodb. • 3 years of experience in SQL Server administration, Oracle Forms & Reports, Weblogic. • More than 2 years of experience in any one of the following cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, OCI. • Experience in Goldengate administration that involves replicating data to Oracle and nonoracle Targets. • Experience in leading a team of DBAs will be added advantage. Required technical skills Mandatory: - Oracle 11G, 12c, 19c on Solaris and Linux platforms, MS SQL Server 2016 / 2019, MongoDB, MySQL / MariaDB, Goldengate for Oracle and BigData, RAC, ASM, Active Dataguard, RMAN, TDE, Partitioning, PL/SQL, Advanced performance tuning, Scripting. Database administration in AWS / Azure / OCI. Preferred: - OEM Cloud control administration, Other RDBMS such as PostgreSQL. Bamboo, GIT, Jira.
