Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop accurate and efficient software that aligns with the clients requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Salesforce trainees and junior developers.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the programming languages to deliver software solutions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
  • Research and prepare for new technology if the client mentioned in the requirement.
  • Understanding detailed requirements and developing detailed and efficient structure
  • Obtain authorization for the proposed architectural solution prior to showcasing it to the client.
  • POC creation, review and ownership
  • Provide technical input to BA for creation of Scope of Work (proposal), technical diagrams and other pre-sales documents.
  • Team allocation for projects in pre-sales and post-sales
  • Prepare technical solutions before each sprint for the development team
  • Establish and promote software development standards, best practices, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions
  • Drive unit testing, test automation and continuous delivery practices to ensure software quality and reliability
  • Make sure the best coding practices and standards are being followed throughout the engineering department
  • Perform code reviews and generate reports.
  • To resolve the issues raised by the juniors and making sure that everything is under control
  • Hire qualified technical team members and train them for skill enhancement
  • Collaborate with the team members to identify and fix technical issues and problems
  • Develop and plan the project stages to ensure highest quality, regularly creating goals for the team, both long and short term for efficient and smooth delivery of software and applications
  • Routinely conduct security audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Supervise team members through technical challenges and guide system modifications
  • Regularly identifying and mentoring new leaders
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management process, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, task prioritization, and milestone tracking.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients, translating their business requirements into technical solutions and providing insights into technical feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Review and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, system design documents, and technical guidelines, to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Promote and implement agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices to ensure a streamlined and efficient development process.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas of optimization within the software and lead efforts to enhance system performance.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can enhance the teams productivity, code quality, and scalability.

  • Multitasking skills to manage many projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and presenting innovative solutions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements that impact software quality and testing activities
  • Ability to address conflicts and challenges within the team and with stakeholders in a constructive and diplomatic manner considering technical constraints, business goals, and project timelines.
  • Effective collaboration with non-technical teams, such as sales, marketing, etc.
