Hiring: Salesforce Technical Architect – Sales Cloud
Location: Hitech City, HyderabadExperience: 12–15 Years (7+ in Salesforce)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and lead large-scale sales Cloud projects. You’ll define system architecture, manage integrations, set best practices, and guide global teams while partnering with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce Service Cloud architecture (Case Mgmt, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, CTI, Service Console).
• Define data models, security, integrations, and governance.
• Lead & mentor Salesforce teams.
• Drive integrations with ERP, telephony, and middleware.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI, and automation.

Requirements:

• 12–15 years IT (7+ in Salesforce).
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, APIs, integrations.
• Experience in system performance, security, and governance.
• Leadership & excellent communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce CTA (preferred), Application/System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer & Admin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
