Job Description

Job Title: Technical Architect / Technical Lead

Location: Kolkata (Onsite/Hybrid as per requirement)

Experience: 7+ Years

Role Overview:

Technical Architect/Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design
Salesforce solutions across Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
.
Lead technical design sessions, provide technical guidance, and oversee development best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to translate business needs into robust solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, integration, and deployment.
Perform code reviews, manage technical risks, and ensure performance, scalability, and security.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on
Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
.
Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience in handling large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
