Role & responsibilities

PSS Cloud,

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Public Sector Cloud.

While experience of leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for government and public sector clients is essential,

experience with migration from Salesforce service cloud to PSS is very desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, compliance, and integration patterns specific to public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Analysis, Discovery and POC phase for migration of Service cloud to PSS. Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Public Sector Cloud capabilities.

Lead architecture and design sessions with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with government regulations, data residency, and security standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Define and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and integration.

Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience (e.g., Public Sector Cloud, Government Cloud Plus).

A strong communicator who does not shy away from challenging status quo. Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Case Management. Experience with FedRAMP, FISMA, or other public sector compliance frameworks good to have.

Proficiency in Salesforce Security Model, Shield Encryption, and Identity & Access Management. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. This role is required asap.
