Role Overview

Salesforce Senior Administrator

The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Salesforce across

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud

• Design, build, and optimize

  Salesforce Flows

  (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled)
• Manage complete

  point-and-click configurations

  , including:
• Objects, fields, page layouts, record types
• Validation rules, approval processes
• Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy
• Support and enhance

  Revenue Cloud / CPQ

  processes such as quoting, pricing, product configuration, and order lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations with minimal custom code
• Manage user access, security, data visibility, and sharing models
• Perform data management activities including data loads, cleansing, and integrity checks
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and admin best practices
• Collaborate with developers for integrations, custom components, and complex automation scenarios
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce orgs

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a

  Salesforce Administrator

• Strong implementation experience in

  Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Proven expertise in

  Salesforce Flow

  and declarative automation
• Excellent command over Salesforce

  point-and-click configuration

  capabilities
• Working experience with

  Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ

  (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model design
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ Certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting large user bases and complex orgs
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
