Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with specialized experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing complex software systems and a keen understanding of CRM and ATS functionalities.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CRM and ATS systems.● Conduct thorough testing of CRM and ATS functionalities, including user interfaces, workflows, data integration, and performance.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

● Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

● Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.

● Participate in requirement reviews, design sessions, and sprint planning meetings to provide QA insights and ensure alignment with project goals.

● Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

● Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA, CRM, and ATS testing.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a QA Tester with a strong focus on CRM and ATS systems. In-depth understanding of CRM and ATS workflows, functionalities, and best practices.

● Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, QTP, or similar. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required

● Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with specific CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo).

● Knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.

● Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques
