Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on Salesforce QA, with expertise in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ, each individually. Additionally, experience in ServiceNow testing or functional domain expertise is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications, including Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Perform regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions. Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce testing methodologies. Provide support and guidance to junior QA team members as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in Salesforce QA testing, with expertise in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules. Familiarity with ServiceNow testing or functional domain expertise is a plus. Strong familiarity with JIRA or similar test management platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Understanding of Financial Services Cloud workflows and integrations Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) a plus Certification in Salesforce or relevant QA certifications is desirable.
