Salesforce Portfolio Leader (Agentforce & Data Cloud)

As a Portfolio Leader at Salesforce's Agentforce Acceleration Team, your role will be crucial in driving the success of customers and the growth of Agentforce Engineers. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Role Overview: You will lead a high-performing team of Agentforce Engineers, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, and developing their technical skills and career growth. Additionally, you will ensure operational excellence by monitoring key performance indicators, coaching on improvement areas, and managing customer escalations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of Agentforce Engineers, ensuring technical excellence and career growth - Monitor key performance indicators and manage customer escalations - Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities, AI advancements, and industry trends - Guide implementations by assessing customer technical readiness and developing deployment methodologies - Build and maintain strong executive relationships within a defined customer portfolio - Operationally manage your customer portfolio, monitoring key metrics and overall account health - Partner with Sales, Account Success, and other teams to help customers activate and consume Agentforce effectively Qualifications Required: - Proven Leadership: 16+ years of experience & 8+ years in direct people management or indirect leadership roles - Advanced Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI, Agentforce, and Salesforce product offerings - Enterprise Customer Focus: Strong background in high-touch customer success strategies at the enterprise level - Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a "get-it-done" demeanor Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform - Experience building and deploying Agentforce agents or Einstein Bots - Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI governance practices - Relevant Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud) In summary, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of technical professionals at Salesforce and shape the future of AI-powered customer engagement.,
