Job Summary Location - PAN India open Experience Level: 3-6 yrs Shift Timings: 12:00 PM IST ~ 9:00 PM IST & 1:00 PM IST ~ 10:00 PM IST (During Daylight Saving) Position - SalesForce MCAE consultant. Required Skills: 3-5 Years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations Understand end-to-end marketing processes including campaign creation (email/web/social), lead generation, lead scoring, qualification, distribution, and conversion, including closed loop reporting, by demonstrating CRM technologies and data. Understands APIs available in MCAE/Pardot to develop integration solutions, when necessary Experience with sync processes and limitations with Salesforce. Deep knowledge and understanding of Marketing data shared between MCAE/Pardot and Salesforce Preferred Skills: MCAE/Pardot Specialist and MCAE/Pardot Consultant certifications Experience with building B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards Experience configuring Salesforce Engage Understands available connectors to Pardot to push/pull data between systems Basic HTML/Css experience preferred
