Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Demand Operations team. As a custodian of Salesforce and other related technologies, you will be responsible for the quality of data held within, as well as adherence of processes to drive accurate reporting and clear pipeline visibility.

This role will work cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing operations, business development, regional and global marketing teams and serve as a contact for process, data and systems questions and related tasks.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Marketing team s primary contact for process, data and system questions; ensuring data accuracy and data integrity.
  • Manage compliance to processes and reporting requirements
  • Perform detailed data work including append, enrich and clean
  • Validate marketing data CRM/Salesforce to ensure cleanliness of data
  • Ad hoc reporting requests to support marketing goals
  • Campaign Analysis

    : Analyze marketing campaigns to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization

    : Develop and optimize marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Very good English, both written and verbal
  • Salesforce super user experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise
  • Experience using ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Salesforce Inspector, Excel
  • Experience working in Marketing Operations
  • Experience in a similar administrative function (reporting, data analysis, insights)
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills; Customer service mindset
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to forensically investigate and troubleshoot
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process governance, and improvement
  • Accountable, proactive and willing to take initiative to solve problems

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Salesforce certification
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, for example Power Bi, DOMO
  • Demand base
