Job Description

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging data extraction and analytics tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, and Excel to monitor and improve risk and quality management processes for the Written Communications Marketing team. The role involves building and managing reports to ensure process transparency and accuracy, identifying trends and opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to optimize and enhance process controls.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Monitoring Reports and Analytical Tools

  • Build, maintain, and improve monitoring reports to ensure the accuracy of business processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  1. Develop and Implement Process Controls

  • Design and optimize process controls to ensure processes perform as expected.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to address process inefficiencies or anomalies.
  • Introduce new monitoring controls when necessary.
  1. Recommend Business Process Improvements

  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and track their effectiveness.
  1. Perform Ad Hoc Data Tasks

  • Execute ad hoc data extractions, analyses, and segmentations as required.
  • Respond promptly to data-related requests and challenges.
