Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows using SFMC tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
• Integrate SFMC with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage data flows.
• Customize and optimize marketing solutions using AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements.
• Maintain platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Document development processes and provide training/support to internal teams.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data modeling, API integrations, and email deliverability best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like Tableau, Return Path, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
