Job Summary:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  automated marketing campaigns using

  Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio

  .

• Customize and enhance

  SFMC through

  AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL

  scripting.

• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  with other platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, external databases, APIs).

• Design and optimize email templates

  using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsiveness and compliance with best practices.

• Build and manage segmentation

  strategies using

  Data Extensions and SQL queries

  for targeted campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance

  and optimize based on analytics and A/B testing results.

• Ensure compliance

  with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and

  email deliverability best practices

  .

• Troubleshoot and resolve

  issues related to SFMC configurations, data, and integrations.

• Provide technical expertise

  and documentation for SFMC implementations and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience

  in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in

  AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and CSS

  .
• Experience with

  API integrations (REST/SOAP)

  to connect SFMC with external systems.
• Understanding of

  Salesforce Data Architecture

  and

  Data Extensions

  .
• Knowledge of

  marketing automation best practices

  and

  customer segmentation strategies

  .
• Experience with

  Mobile Studio (SMS, Push Notifications) and Advertising Studio

  is a plus.
• Salesforce

  Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certification

  (preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with

  Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud

  integration.
• Experience with

  third-party tools like Datorama, Tableau, or Google Analytics

  .
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as

  Python or Node.js

  for advanced automation.
