Salesforce Lead

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for hands-on development of solutions on the SFDC platform. Your role will involve detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support using UML diagrams, design documentation, and best-practice methodologies. It is crucial to ensure that the system meets the defined expectations of the business unit, implement proper testing, and closely monitor performance requirements by collaborating with development teams. You should have expertise in managing discoveries, requirement gathering, and scope definition, demonstrated through successful delivery of mid to level size & complex projects. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand implementation requirements and delivering quality is key. Integration experience using web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools like Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft is necessary. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end implementation experience with the SFDC platform, application design, development, and support for Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge in Lightning Components, Lightning Experience LWC, Lightning Design System, Triggers, Visual Force, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow is required. Additionally, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing solutions, technical mentoring, code review, performance tuning, and coaching. Offering technical support to peers & juniors is also part of the role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong leadership and management abilities.
