Salesforce Developer/Admin

As a Public Relations (PR) Person, you are expected to have a strong journalist network for organic publications such as Times of India, Hindustan Times, Forbes, Deccan Herald, and others. Your role will involve assisting business stakeholders in various aspects including design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications. It is essential for you to demonstrate a deep understanding of the overall Salesforce (SFDC) architecture and platform. You will be responsible for effectively conducting business user design and user experience sessions, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and SFDC CRM experience to lead discussions with clients and internal teams. Leading and training a team of developers on Salesforce development techniques will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be highly valuable in this role. Understanding the clients" business pain points and providing solutions leveraging the salesforce.com platform/offers will be crucial. You should have experience in designing workflow rules to enforce business processes and executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, change management, and training methods.
