Salesforce Integration Architect

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce integration solutions.

• Define integration architecture and best practices using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and enterprise architects to define integration needs and design scalable solutions.

• Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution delivery and maintenance.

• Guide and mentor development teams in implementing integration patterns and best practices.

• Evaluate and select appropriate middleware/integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).

• Ensure security, performance, and compliance of integration components.

• Create detailed documentation including integration specifications, design artifacts, and architecture diagrams.

• Participate in technical reviews, audits, and troubleshooting of integration issues.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and integration-related technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum

  8 years of total experience

  , with at least

  4+ years in Salesforce integration architecture

• Proven experience in

  designing and implementing integrations

  with Salesforce using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Middleware tools.

• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce data model, Apex, and platform capabilities

• Hands-on experience with integration platforms like

  MuleSoft

  ,

  Dell Boomi

  , or

  Informatica Cloud

  .

• Experience with

  OAuth 2.0

  , SSO, and data security in integrations.

• Familiarity with

  enterprise architecture principles

  and

  cloud-based platforms

  .

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

  Salesforce Integration Architect

  ).

• Experience in

  DevOps processes

  and CI/CD for Salesforce.

• Knowledge of other CRMs or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.

• Experience with

• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
