We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and configuring Agentforce to meet business requirements, integrating with external systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that follow Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Agentforce applications and customizations
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automations
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security guidelines
Mentor junior developers (for Senior Developer role)
Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years
of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Agentforce configuration and customization
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
Experience with Salesforce data model and security model
Hands-on integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce, Platform Developer I/II, or Administrator
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience Cloud)
Exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
