Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing and configuring Agentforce to meet business requirements, integrating with external systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that follow Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Agentforce applications and customizations
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automations
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security guidelines
  • Mentor junior developers (for Senior Developer role)
  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Agentforce configuration and customization
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce data model and security model
  • Hands-on integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Good To Have

  • Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce, Platform Developer I/II, or Administrator
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience Cloud)
  • Exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
