*Salary:* ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month  

*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and patient management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, develop, and implement Health Cloud solutions on Salesforce platform  

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions  

- Customize Health Cloud features including Patient Management, Care Plans, and Case Management  

- Integrate Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and third-party applications  

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Health Cloud implementations  

- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security protocols  

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users  

*Qualifications:*

- 7+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience  

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and customization  

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations  

- Salesforce certifications related to Health Cloud (preferred)  

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
