Key Responsibilities:

Lead
Salesforce Health Cloud solution design
ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Provide
technical leadership
, guide development teams, and implement best practices.
Manage
project timelines, resources, and deliverables
in an agile setup.
Apply healthcare industry knowledge and ensure compliance with
HIPAA and other regulations
.
Mentor junior team members and promote Salesforce best practices.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and
optimize existing Health Cloud solutions
.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in
Salesforce Health Cloud
platform and features.
Proficiency in
Salesforce development
(Apex, Visualforce, LWC), integrations, and platform security.
Understanding of
healthcare standards and functional processes
(providers, payers, HIPAA).
Excellent
leadership, communication, and client interaction
skills.
Ability to design
end-to-end Salesforce solutions
.
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
.
Salesforce Certifications (Health Cloud or related) are a plus.
