Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) / Accounting Package (AP) Certified Senior Developer / Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with deep expertise in FSC and AP modules.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring the platform aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC and AP modules
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and approval processes
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
  • Lead or mentor junior developers (for Senior Developer role)
  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce FSC and/or AP certification – mandatory
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
  • Hands-on experience in FSC customization and Accounting Package module
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good To Have

  • Other Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
