Salesforce Field Service AI Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect in the AI for Field Service Team, you will play a crucial role in back-office and customer-facing activities globally. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with customers and implementers to design and implement AI solutions for field service scenarios - Developing and implementing technical requirements in close coordination with customers - Defining Key Performance Indicators and leading business workshops to align with operational goals - Designing simulation experiments and optimizing techniques to meet customers' KPIs - Analyzing scheduling results using advanced mathematical and AI-based analysis - Using AI and dedicated tools to identify operational bottlenecks and leading workshops for recommendations - Leading technical programs for implementing complex Field Service use cases - Driving innovation by developing tools and methodologies and staying updated on product capabilities To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields - Certifications in Salesforce Admin and Service Cloud - Experience in crafting Salesforce solutions using APEX and Flows - 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in global organizations - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data - Experience with data analysis tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment Additionally, the following skills/experience would be advantageous: - Experience in the Field service industry - Certifications in Salesforce Field Service, Platform Dev 1, and AI - Experience with Generative AI-based tools - Familiarity with service industry, scheduling, or logistics - Willingness to travel (estimated at 20-30%) As a Technical Architect in the AI for Field Service Team, you will play a crucial role in back-office and customer-facing activities globally.
