Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Manage Salesforce release cycles and deployment strategies.
Handle deployments across Sandbox, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers and QA teams.
Manage source control using Git (GitHub / Bitbucket).
Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues.
Maintain rollback strategies and environment integrity.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience with strong focus on
Salesforce DevOps
.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce DX (SFDX)
.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Expertise in Git-based version control systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment models.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
