Role Summary

• Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in managing implementations, transformations, and migrations.
• This role is pivotal in setting up new programs for successthrough mobilization of the right teams, tools, methods.
• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Must To Have Skills:

• The candidate should have minimum 9-15 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps PMI or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Relevant platform certifications (Salesforce)

Good to have Skill:

• Application Migration Management; Agile Project Management
• Exposure to GenAI technologies.
• Awareness of emerging technology trends and innovations.
• Experience across AMS lifecycle including mobilization, transition, stabilization, shadow support, run & evolve, and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setting up processes, tools, methods, quality controls, and assets for new engagements.
• Preparing reports for client steering committees and account governance forums.
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and build reusable knowledge bases and playbooks.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment teams to ensure successful mobilization.
• Industry Exposure in one or more industries (Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences).
• Functional Domain Knowledge in at least one key domain (Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience).
• Agile delivery management expertise with focus on SI delivery excellence.
• Well versed in tracking project schedule, budget, quality and other metrics through industry standard tools and techniques.
