Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key duties: - Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to introduce solutions and generate interest. - Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries, assessing their fit for our solutions. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers through research, cold outreach, and follow-up activities. - Understanding the needs and pain points of prospective clients to tailor communication and highlight how offerings can solve their challenges. - Scheduling qualified meetings or product demos with Account Executives for further engagement. - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead generation process and share feedback on campaigns. - Keeping detailed and accurate records of communications with prospects using CRM tools. - Continuously learning and staying updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and low-code/no-code product offerings. Key qualifications for this role include: - Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role is a plus. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred. - Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate the value of low-code/no-code solutions. - Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Please note that this is a full-time position. The job location is in Gurgaon. Benefits include: - Health insurance - Provident Fund The work schedule is during the day shift. Experience in cold calling, total work experience, sales, and sales representative roles is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred. The work location is in person.
