Salesforce Developer with hands-on Copado experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Manage deployment pipelines, version control, and automated releases using

  Copado

• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment conflicts and metadata issues in Salesforce environments.
• Implement best practices for code versioning, branching, merging, and continuous integration using Copado.
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Ensure Salesforce deployments are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and deployment.

Copado

✅ Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL.

✅ Experience with Salesforce release management, metadata migration, and sandbox refresh processes.

✅ Proficiency in Git-based version control systems.

✅ Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
• Copado Certified DevOps Professional.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Education

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
