Job Summary:

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and develop Salesforce CRM applications specific to the Retail Industry (Customer Management, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Loyalty Programs).
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and process automation.
• Ensure high code quality by performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate remotely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
• Document technical solutions, designs, and architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform changes and advise on feature adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 – 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Process Builder

  .
• Experience in

  Salesforce customization and integrations

  in the Retail Industry.
• Experience working with

  REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

  (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing Rules.
• Proficient with version control tools like

  Git

  , and CI/CD practices (Salesforce DX, Change Sets).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully

  remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Prior experience in Retail-specific Salesforce implementations.

Compensation:

₹1,20,000 – ₹1,45,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
