Role Overview

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using

  Apex

  ,

  Visualforce

  ,

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  , and declarative tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and efficient

  Salesforce CPQ

  solutions for product configuration, pricing, and quoting.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SalesOps, Finance, and Product teams.
• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Salesforce implementations, including CPQ workflows.
• Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience working with

  Salesforce CPQ

  (Configure, Price, Quote)

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Apex

  ,

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  ,

  Visualforce

  ,

  SOQL/SOSL

  , and Salesforce platform features.
• Experience with configuration and customization of

  CPQ pricing rules, product bundles, quote templates

  , and

  approval processes

  .
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
• Experience with DevOps tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; CPQ Specialist or Developer II certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company.
• Exposure to Salesforce Communities, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
