Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration , including Lightning Framework, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce , and other Salesforce development tools. Solid understanding of the Salesforce Data Model standard/custom objects, relationships, fields, and workflows. Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II , App Builder , or Administrator . Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and other web technologies. Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud or similar collaboration platforms. Familiarity with DevOps , CI/CD processes, and deployment automation.
