Salesforce Developer

Position:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (6+ years hands-on) to manage, configure, customize, and enhance the Salesforce platform. The role involves building scalable solutions, supporting sales/marketing/service operations, and collaborating with stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

• Manage users, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
• Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, and data cleaning.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and ensure platform stability.

Salesforce Development

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and SOQL.
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems.
• Automate processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code.
• Optimize custom development for performance and scalability.

System Enhancements

• Identify automation opportunities and improve data quality.
• Implement AppExchange solutions as needed.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and adopt new features.

Reports & Dashboards

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions.

Salesforce Best Practices

• Maintain data integrity and platform security.
• Provide CRM best practice guidance and support continuous improvement.

• Hands-on Agile experience (Jira).
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, and custom objects.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and other data migration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I & II.
