Job Description

We are currently seeking a Salesforce developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Configure and customize Salesforce platform as per the requirements
Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events
Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding, functional understanding
Contribute to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
Good Triaging, Troubleshooting ,Root cause and Impact analysis capabilities
Participate in efforts to develop, execute testing and producing documentation where needed
Previous experience in CRM based product development in large projects is preferable
Creating timelines and development goals.
Utilize best practices to develop, perform any support needed, enhancements, bug fixes as required to the Salesforce.com platform
Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements or how-to assistance.
Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required
Communicate properly and make sure the information is clear and workable for all parties involved
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CLI
