Job Description

Location : PAN INDIA (Except Gurgaon/ Kolkata/ Coimbatore) Primary Skill SFDC LWC Integration, Apex, Visual Force, Hands on experience in coding. Service Cloud / Experience cloud Certification PD1 / PD2 Roles And Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities : Custom Development Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Build responsive UI components integrated with Salesforce data using Apex, SOQL, and REST APIs. Salesforce Platform Expertise Customize Salesforce standard features using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Develop and maintain custom applications and automation using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce (if needed). Leverage Salesforce Lightning Experience to build modern, user-friendly interfaces. API Integration Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Handle asynchronous callouts, batch processes, and platform events where necessary. Version Control & Deployment Use source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for versioning and deployments. Deploy components using Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or Metadata API. Functional And Collaborative Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce constraints. Documentation & Testing Create and maintain technical documentation. Write unit tests and support QA for integration and regression testing. Agile Participation Contribute to agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros). Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery of work items. Growth And Learning Stay current with Salesforce releases, LWC advancements, and platform best practices. Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning, especially around Salesforce AI tools (Einstein) and automation. Explore new Salesforce offerings like Flows, OmniStudio, and Salesforce AI features. Preferred Skills Strong experience with LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Lightning Experience. Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security model. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins. Any Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I) are a plus.
