Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions focusing on
Lead Management
and related objects (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity).
Customize Salesforce using
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
, and declarative tools.
Build and maintain automation for
lead assignment rules, workflows, approval processes, and routing logic
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms, telephony systems, or other CRM tools as required.
Optimize lead conversion processes and improve data quality through validation rules and duplicate management
