Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Indore (Remote) Timimgs : 3pm to 12pm IST Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Indore. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and Lead Developers to analyze requirements, drive spike activities, and develop scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, and Apex. This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to deliver solutions against prioritize user stories. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, scalable code to deliver assigned user stories Drive spike analysis and collaborate with technical leads for solution design Partner with Product Owners and team members to refine and implement functional requirements Build and enhance UI components using AuraBundles and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and reusability Troubleshoot and debug issues across Salesforce orgs and integrations Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience Proficiency in Apex , JavaScript , LWC , and Aura Hands-on experience with Omniscript , Sales Cloud , Marketing Cloud , and Industry CPQ Strong experience working with RESTful APIs , SOAP , and cloud-based services Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and out-of-the-box capabilities Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools is a plus Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Marketing Cloud Consultant, etc.) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to CI/CD tools and Git Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Aura?
