Job Description

  • 7+ years Salesforce and 4+ years LWC hands-on development experience is a must.
  • 4+ years of experience on Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices including code versioning, deployment, and security.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components for various Salesforce applications.
  • Review, identify, and prioritize technical and delivery risks; develop a mitigation plan.
  • Validate the technical architecture and assess impacts of new developments and enhancements.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and Git deployment processes.
  • Work closely with the project team to understand requirements and align application design with business goals.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on latest Salesforce technologies and incorporate them as needed.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and ensure applications meet their needs.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and provide regular status updates.
  • Hands-on experience with complex integrations.
  • Must have minimum PD1 Salesforce certification.
