Salesforce Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with around 2 years of experience who has worked on core Salesforce development and has some exposure to B2C Commerce (Demandware). The role will involve customizing Salesforce applications, supporting integrations, and contributing to the development of Salesforce-based and commerce-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Support the configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and assist with B2C Commerce (Demandware) related tasks.
• Build and modify flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to implement changes and resolve issues.
• Assist in basic integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Comfortable with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of standard Salesforce features like objects, flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
• Basic exposure to Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware) – such as working with storefront changes, templates, or content updates (hands-on or collaborative).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Exposure to Agile project environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, or any version control and task tracking tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
