Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Senior Developer / Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience. As a Senior Developer / Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across departments while leading a team. You will handle end-to-end Salesforce project implementations, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service-Oriented Architecture, and Microservices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Rebate Management
• Strong expertise in Rebate Management
• Proven experience in Warranty Lifecycle Management within Salesforce
• Experience on Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning, Process Builders, and Flows
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Deployment experience across environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline and Git processes
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and system integrations
• Experience working with Lightning and design components
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration, mapping features to business requirements
• Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL queries
• Hands-on experience in Data Processing Engine and Data Migration (Data Loader Tool)
• Good understanding of CRM Analytics
• Ability to evaluate requirements, research solutions, and ensure designs meet business needs
• Experience creating proofs of concept and mock-ups
• Contribution to improving team processes and delivery quality
• Collaboration with offshore development teams
• Partnering with QA for testing and issue resolution
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development initiatives and mentor junior developers
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across multiple departments
• Work on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Rebate Management modules
• Implement Warranty Lifecycle Management and other complex business processes
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, Process Builders, and Flows
• Ensure CI/CD best practices and manage Git-based deployments
• Support data migration and processing using Data Loader or similar tools
• Collaborate with QA, BA, and offshore teams to deliver quality solutions
• Document designs, processes, and troubleshooting guides
• Continuously evaluate and improve team processes and delivery quality

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II)
