Salesforce Developer

As a highly experienced Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of internal Salesforce products, accelerators, and reusable assets. Your role will involve deep, hands-on development experience in environments that prioritize strict governance, scalability, and security standards. It is essential to have a background in "product-building" to engineer solutions that enhance internal capabilities, develop reusable accelerators, and provide mentorship to other engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Practice Product & IP Development: - Lead the design and development of core IP, including accelerators, integration frameworks, and LWC component libraries. - Ensure that all products are built to the highest standards of scalability and maintainability. - Own the development lifecycle of internal tools, from building prototypes to transforming client work into durable, productized assets. - Establish and document development best practices and standard operating procedures for core functions. - Technical Leadership & Mentorship: - Act as the senior-most developer and technical expert, guiding complex design decisions related to large data volume, security models, and code scalability. - Mentor mid-to-senior level developers on governor limit optimization, advanced Apex design patterns, and LWC performance best practices. - Conduct critical code reviews and enforce engineering standards within the team. - Project Contribution: - Provide hands-on coding expertise to resolve complex technical challenges on key projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Experience: - 8-12 years of overall Salesforce experience with a focus on hands-on Apex development, LWC, and building scalable Salesforce products. - Code & Standards Mastery: - Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is mandatory. - Deep understanding of technical debt management, security modeling, and effective governance. - Expert-level experience in designing, building, and maintaining reusable LWC components. - Product & Platform Engineering: - Proven history of building and maintaining complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Experience in ISV or high-governance product development is preferred. - Platform Knowledge: - Experience working across various Salesforce clouds. - Leadership: - Ability to lead and mentor engineers, contribute to practice growth, and establish best practices. - Integration: - Deep experience in designing and building scalable integration patterns. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a strong plus. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce are advantageous.,
