Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse

requirements.

• Create scalable, maintainable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.

• Ensure optimal system architecture, including data models, security, and

• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.

• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web

Components (LWC) and JavaScript.

Salesforce architecture

API integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

DevOps

Agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with

stakeholders.

• Leadership qualities to mentor and guide team members.

Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer

Platform App Builde

JavaScript Developer

• Salesforce Platform Developer II and other advanced certifications (preferred)
