Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration architecture. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions, as well as leading efforts in CI/CD and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Create advanced custom applications using Apex classes, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Platform Events and Integration: Implement and manage platform events for real-time integrations and develop robust integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and other web services.
• Automation and Flows: Build efficient automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, process builders, and advanced scripting.
• CI/CD and DevOps Implementation: Lead the implementation of CI/CD processes using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and pipeline automation for streamlined deployments and version control.
• DevOps Management: Manage DevOps processes, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, handling pipeline automation, and ensuring best practices for version control and deployments.
• System Integrations: Design and develop complex integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Documentation and Technical Specifications: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and detailed solution specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
