Job Type: Contract (Remote, India)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Workato Developer at Pragma Technology Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. The Workato Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing Workato integrations, automations, and workflows to optimize business processes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy custom solutions tailored to clients’ specific requirements.


Qualifications

  • Design and build Workato recipes for integrations between systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Jira, Zendesk, and internal applications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable integration flows using Workato’s low-code/no-code platform.
  • Develop custom connectors, data transformations, and exception/error handling within recipes.
  • Maintain API-led architecture patterns and ensure version-controlled deployments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, ensuring operational stability and SLAs.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to refine use cases and prioritize integrations.
  • Document integration logic, error handling, and process dependencies for future reference.
  • Experience in Workato integration development and automation
  • Proficiency in building and configuring Workato workflows
  • Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
