How You Will Contribute As a Salesforce Developer, you will report to the Salesforce Engineering Manager and play a key role in building and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, reusable, and secure solutions using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend best-fit solutions prioritizing clicks over code. Maintain clean, extensible code with a strong focus on reusability, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Participate in regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub. Provide occasional on-call support for incident management and troubleshooting. The Must Haves Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Flows. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features including @wire, LDS, LMS, Platform Events, and @invocable methods. Experience with asynchronous processing, REST/Bulk APIs, and governor limits. Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles. Assets Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Architect track. Experience with Mulesoft and integration patterns. Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience). Knowledge of enterprise design patterns and large org management.
