Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flow. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools). Proficiency in data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce. Preferred: Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations with Salesforce. Experience leading Salesforce migrations, digital transformation, or enterprise-level projects. Salesforce Product Manager Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or Salesforce administration/development. Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builder, etc.). Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management (JIRA, Trello, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Product Owner, Sales Cloud Consultant). Experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, third-party apps). Experience working in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or B2B environments. Salesforce Business Analyst Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst with at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, automation (flows, workflows, process builder), and data management. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation (e.g., BRD, user stories, wireframes). Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira. Understanding of APIs, data integrations, and Salesforce AppExchange solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
