Job Summary

Salesforce Developers

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support Salesforce applications using
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
.
Handle production issues, bug fixes, and enhancements in a support environment.
Build and maintain solutions using
Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
Collaborate with US stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
Ensure Salesforce best practices related to security, performance, and scalability.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong expertise in
Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
.
Solid experience in
Apex programming
, triggers, and classes.
Hands-on experience with
Lightning Framework (Aura & LWC)
.
Proven experience in
support projects and production issue handling
.
Good communication skills for interaction with US clients.
Comfortable working remotely during US shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud).
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
