B2B Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B technical high tickets clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
• Understand client needs and pain points to position our products/services as solutions.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
• Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of software domains.
• Familiarity with consultative or solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC).
