Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer & Technical Lead to lead the technical administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration & Development, along with experience in Code Migration Progress, performance tuning, troubleshooting complex issues, and preparing technical design for the lead.Act as primary point of contact for Salesforce Technical Support and analysisConduct system performance tuning, health checks, and capacity planning.Maintain and update system documentation and operational procedures.Lead and mentor Senior Salesforce consultants as needed.Maintained Salesforce platform by monitoring support tickets , user issues and employee workflowManage operational request and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groupsHandles all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboard and other routine tasksResolves technical issues by debugging research and investigationParticipated in debugging and troubleshooting to ensure high quality and optimal performanceCreated advanced Flow for process automation according to the business needs including Screen Flow, Record Triggered Flow, Auto-Launch Flow etc.Experienced in Apex, Trigger and Test Classes for advanced process automation.Resolve technical issues by debugging, research and investigation along with the teamHandle Salesforce Deployment Process across multiple sandboxes including deployment using Github, VS Code, SFDX etcLeading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and Administrators regularly and providing guidance, support to resolve technical issues and managing different stakeholders
