Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

L3 Support:

Serve as the final escalation point for complex Salesforce issues from L1 and L2 support teams.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and deploy enhancements.
Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
